The school’s independence allows faculty to explore best practices and promote inquiry-based and critical thinking. Small class sizes allow teachers to get to know each student as an individual and use that knowledge to continually challenge and motivate students in their academic pursuits.

A post-graduate in Literature and Language of English and a graduate in Education, Mr C. Srinivasa Rao, has a rich and diversified experience of 18 years at various levels in the discipline of education. After a brief stint at the Corporate, Mr Rao went on to occupy roles in various levels of the education sector ranging from Pre-primary, Primary education to Higher Education. His repertoire includes dedicated efforts as an English teacher (in various roles such as Junior, Senior Lecturer and Assistant Professor) imparting the nuances and intricacies of the language at various schools and colleges and as a communication skills trainer. An alumnus of Ravindra Bharati School, Mr Rao has spent the last decade working as a Principal in vikas Junior college, Ravindra Bharati School and ineo International preschool. During his tenure as a Principal he has been known to design, develop and implement effective pedagogy and processes that not only provide for an effective delivery system of education but contribute to the wholesome development of the students. He has been instrumental in setting up and developing innovative education methods at pre-school and primary school education. Driven by a vision of morality-based-education and backed by a relentless passion towards teaching, Mr Rao aims to take Samskar International School into the future as an ideal system that makes education fun, informative and productive while imparting the core moral values to the future torchbearers of the society, our children
